MIND COMMUNITY
The Management and Innovation Design (MIND) Community offers participants an opportunity to understand and debate about major technological and social trends as enablers of innovation and reskilling. Corporate members and individuals analyze together with Faculty from Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and partner universities hot topics that will impact competitive advantage and societal inclusiveness. As disruptions will promote change, company's revival and new start-up success. The MIND Community's goal is to empower managers and turn them into actors of change within their own organizations.
The MIND Community activities represent the evolution of the Master in Management of Innovation, launched at Sant'Anna in 1991, first Master in Italy on the topic of Innovation Management. This Master changed its name in 2006 becoming "Master in Innovation Management and Service Engineering" and, in recent years, it was transformed into a Master accessible only in English. This latest transformation into a Community allows an atomization of the continuous education activities promoted by the Institute of Management of Scuola Sant'Anna.
